We’re in a Giving Mood! Shop this Weekend for Two Contests & a Sale!
November 12 @ 9:30 am - November 13 @ 4:00 pm
Stop in to DDR Books this Friday and Saturday (Nov. 12 & 13) to take advantage of THREE AMAZING promotions at once!
The first is Uptown Watertown’s Holiday & Harvest Open House, featuring the Watertown Business Association’s Grand Prize Drawing of a basket of luxurious goodies, selected from each of the 14 member businesses! A sneak peek: DDR Books presented a copy of John Grisham’s spanking new bestseller, “The Judge’s List,” for the winner.
To enter this weekend’s WBA drawing, stop in any of the participating Uptown Watertown businesses to pick up a game card, then obtain an official signature at each one. Return your card as directed and wait for the phone call to hear that you won—easy.
Additionally, shoppers this weekend can be the first to take advantage of our holiday Gift Certificate Sale: spend $25 and receive a $30 certificate; spend $50 and get $60; $75 and get $90. It’s like free $.
Even better, every $20 spent at DDR Books (before taxes) between Nov. 12 and Dec. 24 earns a chance toward a $100 Gift Certificate—we will draw for at least two. Make sure to have as many slips as possible! We won’t tell if you spend it on yourself.
This year, we have the ability to special order books we do not have in stock for either pickup or shipping inside the U.S. (for the price of postage). Just give us a call at 605.868.3705, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or stop by 7 S. Maple St.
We have stuffed the shelves (and stockings!) with dozens of new titles—the latest “Wimpy Kid,” Katie Couric’s memoir, the “Dune” graphic novel, Hoda Kotb’s second collection of daily reflections, a beautifully illustrated “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” Lee Child’s latest, and soon-to-be award winners/blockbusters by Kristin Hannah, Louise Erdrich, Nicholas Sparks, Mitch Albom, Michael Connelly, and more. And, of course, our non-fiction collections are second-to-none, with the finest special selection of American, Native American, Western, South Dakotan and regional history around.
Our normal hours are M-F 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Sat 9:30 am to 4 pm. Holiday hours will be posted the week of 11/14/21. Happy Harvest!
